If there was ever a school to beat to make a milestone more special for a Bonita coach, it would certainly be San Dimas.
And such was the case on Monday evening for Dr. Tim Godley.
Bonita is nearing the .500 mark after Monday’s 57-33 victory over San Dimas in the Citrus Bowl rivalry game.
The Bearcats (5-6) held the Saints to 15 points under their lowest scoring output of the 2024-25 season.
It also earned Godley his 200th win at Bonita.
BHS outscored SDHS, 31-18, in the second half.
Beau Rudometkin scored a game-high 15 points.
James Kim chipped in with 13 points.
And Hunter Smith finished with 10 points.
Jeremiah Garzon had a team-high 14 points for San Dimas, and Andrew Diep provided nine points for the Saints.
Up next: The Saints travel to Montebello and the Bearcats visit Diamond Bar.
Both games are Thursday with identical tip times of 6:30.
