Boys Basketball:
Glendora cruised to its seventh consecutive victory on Friday.
The Tartans jumped on Ontario Christian from the jump, and they secured a 79-60 victory in the semifinal round of the Glendora Tournament.
GHS took a 46-22 lead into the break.
Colton Gray’s torrid start to his senior season continued.
Gray scored a game-high 29 points.
Max Hilgenfeldt and Sebastian Demano contributed 12 points apiece.
Cole Jones led OCHS with 23 points.
Mason Salazar finished with 10 points, and Austin Sanchez had eight points in the loss.
Up next: GHS can secure a second consecutive tournament with a win over Bishop Amat on Saturday at 7.
Last week, the Tartans won the Gary Prestesater (San Dimas) Tournament.
