Boys Basketball:
Glendora finished out the Gary Prestesater Tournament about as strong as a program could hope for.
The Tartans thumped Capistrano Valley Christian, 77-39, in the tournament’s title game.
GHS led 42-19 at the half, and the Eagles weren’t able to mount much of a challenge.
Colton Gray earned the tournament’s MVP.
On Saturday, Gray scored 32 points and grabbed 13 rebounds.
Noah Rangel chipped in with 12 points.
CJ Murray finished with nine points.
Michael Ahern scored 17 or CVC’s 39 points.
Tanner Grable had six points and four rebounds.
Moshe Loucks added six points and three boards.
Grable and Max Hilgenfeldt earned all-tournament honors.
