Girls Basketball:
La Salle will play for a San Marino Tournament title on Saturday night.
The Lancers cruised to a 59-43 victory over Oakwood in Friday’s semifinal round contest.
LSHS led 28-17 at the half and 45-28 after three periods.
Casey Higgins had a huge game with 25 points and 14 rebounds.
Emily Fong contributed 13 points and Aislin Tamez Torres chipped in with 12 points.
Jamie Lac led Oakwood with 16 points and Abbey Chang had 10.
Up next: The Lancers will face Crescenta Valley tonight at 7:30 in the tournament final.
The Falcons (4-2) defeated Granada Hills Charter, 56-43, in their semifinal round contest on Friday.
