Girls Basketball:
It’s unusual for a game to be considered ‘over’ after eight minutes of play.
However, politically correct or not, Glendora put Anaheim away with a 22-0 first quarter.
The Tartans cruised to a 57-26 victory at the La Mirada Tournament.
Reagan (“Ronnie”) Herrmann had a game-high 17 points.
Kamryn Kuo led both teams with three 3-pointers, and she finished with 16 points.
Brianna Gomez hit a pair of 3’s, and she contributed 16 points.
Mia Reyes scored six points on a pair of 3-pointers.
Milana Luera had a third-quarter bucket for GHS.
Up next: The Tartans will battle Crean Lutheran on Friday at 3.
The game is set for La Mirada High School.
