Boys Basketball:
Glendora edged Portola of Irvine, 54-49, in the second round of the Sunny Hills Tournament.
GHS used a 32-25 advantage in the second half to claim victory.
Tanner Grable had a big night on Tuesday with 14 points, 14 rebounds and a pair of assists.
Colton Gray finished with 13 points and six rebounds.
Sebastian Demano added nine points and five assists.
And Max Hilgenfeldt contributed eight points and four assists.
Brady Kim scored 13 points to lead Portola.
Up next: GHS will battle Anaheim Canyon on Wednesday night at 8 at Sunny Hills High School.
The Comanches (2-0) crushed Mission Viejo, 90-50, in their second-round contest.
