The Bulldogs out-hit the Mustangs, 12-5, on Tuesday.
Maximilian Murillo earned the win after going 5 2/3 innings and allowing one run on three hits.
Murillo issued a pair of walks and struck out eight Costa Mesa batters.
Wylan Rottschafer had an RBI double.
Will Clark went 2-for-3 with a run and one RBI.
Isaiah Mamian walked and scored.
Omar Gutierrez walked and singled.
Grady Jackson got the loss after allowing five runs (three earned) on four hits over three innings.
Jackson didn’t issue a walk and he struck out a pair of WCHS batters.

Austin Nguyen went 2-for-3 with two runs and a pair of RBIs.
Eric Araujo walked, singled, scored twice and had one RBI.
