The Minutemen finished out their 2024 regular season with a 3-2 victory over Valencia.
Owen Brunsmann was charged with one run on three hits over two innings.
Brunsmann didn’t issue a walk and fanned two MHS batters.
The Minutemen got two runs on four hits over two innings off of Michael Mair.
Thomas Lieb went 2-for-4 with an RBI.
Doug Zuniga walked, doubled and scored.
Josh Proctor singled and scored.
AJ Beltre walked and scored.
Zach Strickland and Eric Zdunek walked, doubled and drove in one run apiece.
Carson Kelly went five innings to earn the win.
Kelly allowed one run on five hits.
He walked four and struck out six VHS batters.
Aiden Voyles had half of Valencia’s six hits.
Lincoln Hunt and Jeremy Linow had RBI singles for the Vikings.
