Girls Basketball:
Flintridge Prep provided their co-head coach, Jayme Chan, with a nice 47th birthday gift on Monday night.
The Wolves secured a 19th consecutive victory.
Prep (9-0) decimated their visitors from Chadwick, 76-17, and they clinched at least a share of the Prep League title.
They took a 25-point lead into the break, and then outscored the Dolphins, 36-2, in the second half.
Maddie Smith had 25 points to go with five assists and eight steals.
Akemi Fu chipped in with 14 points and five rebounds.
Pressley Huie provided nine points and six steals.
Sophia Azzam led Chadwick with 14 of the Dolphins 17 points.
Hailey Louie finished with eight points in the win.
Jayme’s daughter, Izzie Chan, scored six points.

Miya Naruko had six points of her own.
Lauren Lopez had the other three points for Chadwick.
Up next: The Wolves can officially secure an outright Prep League championship on Wednesday, as they host second-place Providence at 5.
Flintridge Prep already has a 55-31 victory at Providence in their first-round matchup back on January the 10th.
