Girls Basketball:
Two weeks ago, Claremont defeated Bonita by nine points at the Ontario Christian Tournament.
In their first of two Palomares League games against the Wolfpack, however, the Bearcats secured a 39-26 on Friday.
BHS got a game-high 14 points from Naomi Acuna.
Lexi Mercado chipped in with eight points, while Serenity Henderson and Jordy Demott contributed seven points apiece.
Maryah Anderson led Claremont with 12 points, and Khrysma had seven.
Up next: Bonita travels to Glendora on Wednesday night in a battle of unbeaten Palomares League programs.
