The Vikings went on a 30-16 run in the second half to pull away from the Chargers.
Caleb McKendrick scored 14 points to go with seven rebounds, four assists and five steals.
Nick Santillan chipped in with 12 points, six rebounds, four assists and he drew two charges.
Don Ballesta led Charter Oak with 12 points.
