Boys Basketball:
San Dimas finished 2-2 in the Copper Division at the Classic at Damien.
The Saints defeated Santiago and Chino on Tuesday and Thursday, and they fell to Salesian and Price on Wednesday and Friday.
Yesterday, Price outscored San Dimas, 44-18, in the second and fourth quarters, and they claimed a 70-59 victory.
Ace Simon led the Knights with 19 points.
Kamron Fontenot and Philip Pearson chipped in with 15 points apiece in the win.
The most notable thing that came out of the Classic at Damien for San Dimas was the emergence of Levi Sinclair as a star.
Sinclair led the Saints in scoring each of the four games, and he saved his best for last.
He had a game-high 29 points on Friday, which was 10 more than Price’s leading scorer, and 19 more than his next closest teammate.
Logan Hodson chipped in with 10 points.
Ryan Quach had eight points and Nathan Yearout finished with six.
Up next: SDHS travels to La Salle on Friday at 6.
