Boys Basketball:
San Dimas finished both halves strong and defeated Chino, 79-62, in the third round of the Classic at Damien’s Copper Division.
The Saints outscored the Cowboys, 49-27, in the second and fourth quarters on Thursday.
Levi Sinclair’s torrid streak continued with 24 points to lead the SDHS offense.
Nathan Yearout (16 points) and Ryan Quach (13) both hit three 3-pointers.
Shawn Jamison led Chino with 20 points.
Manuel Alba chipped in with 16 points and Yousef Ihmud had 13 for the Cowboys.
Logan Hodson finished with nine points in the win, and Daniel Barrales contributed eight points.
Up next: SDHS will host Price on Friday night at 8:30.
