Girls Basketball:
Glendora won its eighth consecutive game on Wednesday.
The Tartans defeated Walnut, 61-24, at the Covina Tournament.
GHS outscored WHS, 40-13, in the second half.
Brianna Gomez scored 18 points, and she hit four 3’s.
In the last two nights, Gomez has 10 combined 3-pointers in wins over Marshall Fundamental and Walnut.
Rylie Anderson and Reagan Herrmann chipped in with 13 points apiece, and Addison Martin finished with 11 points.
Maileeh Suasti led Walnut with 15 points.
Up next: GHS will face off again with RCHS on Friday at 8.
