Girls Basketball:
La Salle’s 2023-24 victory tour included a ninth blowout on Monday night.
The Lancers got out to a 28-0 lead, and they defeated Schurr, 54-24, at the Gary Houston Winter Classic.
La Salle led 35-9 at the break, and they had nine separate players that scored at least two points.
Audrey Chen led the way with 13 points.
Julianne Tan scored eight points, while Casey Higgins and Erica Fan chipped in with seven points apiece.
Ligia Gonzalez led Schurr with eight points, including a pair of 3-pointers.
Up next: La Salle will face off with JSerra Catholic (6-0) on Wednesday at 5.
