Boys Basketball:
Ayala finished 2-2 at this week’s Gary Prestesater Classic at SDHS.
The Bulldogs defeated Western Christian, 65-43, on Saturday.
AHS used a 36-22 run in the second half to pull away from the Lancers.
Jaydin Maddox led the way with 14 points and five rebounds.
Joshua Townsell chipped in with 11 points and three rebounds.
Jeremy Serrano provided nine points and three steals, and Christian Martinez finished with eight points and four rebounds.
JJ Hopper (11 points, 10 rebounds), Daniel Scales (11, 3) and DJ Harris (11, 8) combined to score 33 points and 21 rebounds.
