Girls Basketball:
Make it 7-0 for the La Salle girls basketball program.
The Lancers defeated Beverly Hills, 53-24, in Friday’s semifinal round of the San Marino Basketball Tournament.
Casey Higgins led the way with 18 points and 12 rebounds.
Julianna Tan scored 11 points and Kaden Cortes chipped in with 10 points.
Kayla Zahabian scored 13 of Beverly Hills’ 24 points.
Up next: The Lancers will face St. Paul at 7:30 tonight (Saturday) in the championship game of the San Marino Tournament.
The Swordsmen (5-5) and Lancers are fellow Del Rey League competitors.
