Boys Basketball:
Colton Perez had a monster game in Bonita’s 65-55 victory over Santiago at the Blue Pride Classic on Thursday.
The Bearcats two-sport star (baseball & basketball) scored 31 of Bonita’s 65 points.
Perez was consistent as well, scoring 15 points in the first half and 16 in the second.
Perez went 5-for-6 from the free-throw line.
Hunter Smith chipped in with 13 points, and that included three 3-pointers.
Josh Kim hit two 3’s and finished with 10 points in Thursday’s win.
Jacob Buboi led Santiago with 22 points.
