Pasadena survived Wednesday’s Rose City Classic against South Pasadena.
The Bulldogs improved to 2-0 after they defeated the Tigers, 70-65, at Maranatha High School.
Desmond Every scored 23 points, six rebounds and two assists.
Jovan Jester chipped in with 19 points, two assists and a steal.
Brandin Carpenter added 11 points, a team-high 11 rebounds and two assists.
Up next: PHS will face Thursday’s Burroughs-Village Christian winner on Friday.
