Boys Hoops:
Ayala improved to 3-1 on Friday.
The Bulldogs secured a convincing 79-31 victory over Santa Fe at the Rumble for Rosecrans Tournament.
Brenden White led the way with 20 points, including a pair of 3’s.
Roman Lopez added 16 points for the Bulldogs.
Anthony Ramirez’s 11 points was a team-high for Santa Fe.
Josiah Young chipped in with 11 points in Friday’s win.
The Ayala scoring was capped by Johnny Lozano (7 points), Christian Martinez (6), Jaydin Maddox (5) and Braylen Pangan (4)
The Chiefs got eight points from Matthew Gonzalez and Kaden McCaffrey had five.
Up next: The Bulldogs face the tourney host today at noon.
