Girls Basketball:
La Salle opened its 2023 season with a 71-45 victory over Campbell Hall.
The Lancers used a 44-26 advantage in the second half to pull away from the Vikings.
Audrey Chen led La Salle with 14 points.
Campbell Hall’s Cristina Sepulveda led all scorers with 21 points.
Casey Higgins chipped in with 13 points in Tuesday’s win.
Kaden Cortes had half of the Lancers’ four 3-pointers and finished with 10 points.
Up next: the Lancers travel to Pioneer High School on Thursday at 6:30.
