College Football:
To say the Pasadena City College offense is on fire would be an understatement.
The Lancers, now 3-0, are averaging 62 points per game.
On Saturday, PCC went out to the College of the Desert and laid a 59-13 beatdown on the Roadrunners.
Kekahi Graham went off at quarterback.
Graham completed 26-of-40 for 407 yards and five scores.
Graham had TD passes of 52, 11, 15, 15 and 37 yards.
PCC scored the game’s first 28 points and were never really challenged.
The Lancers had 32 first downs to 20 for Desert, and they had a 582-349 advantage in total offense.
Drushun Phillips caught three passes for 73 yards, including a 52-yard TD just nine seconds into the game.
PCC featured 12 receivers with at least one reception and five Lancers caught a TD pass from Graham.
Isaac Glover led the Pasadena City College ground game with 70 yards on 11 carries.
Glover scored on runs of 1 and 15 yards.
Nico Razo booted a 38-yard field goal in the third quarter, and went 8-for-8 on his extra-point attempts.
Torriq Brumfield and Julius Ray had six tackles apiece for PCC.
Ray tallied two sacks and Brumfield was credited with half a sack.
Idriq Carmichael finished with five tackles and an interception.
Up next: The Lancers will host Victor Valley next Satruday at 6.
