La Salle won its seventh consecutive game on Wednesday.
The Lancers cruised to a 9-0 victory at Roosevelt of Los Angeles.
Val Gomez went five scoreless innings to earn the win.
Gomez scattered five hits, walked two and struck out five.
Adrian Jauregui had two of Roosevelt’s six hits and Vincent Ruiz doubled.
Gabriel Lizarraga got the loss after allowing all nine runs (eight earned) on 11 hits.
Lizarraga issued three walks and fanned four.
Hunter Vigil went 3-for-3 with an RBI and run.
Will Clougherty singled, doubled and scored.
Chris Cardenas doubled and scored.
