Jude Favela threw a four-hit shutout in an 11-0 Valle Vista League victory in six innings.
Favela didn’t issue a walk and struck out five.
He needed 65 pitches to finish the job, and 47 went for strikes.
Jesse Hernandez, Jaime Lopez, Mike Bang and David Lopez had one single apiece to account for the Colts offense.
Jaime Lopez got the loss after allowing seven runs on 11 hits over four innings.
Lopez walked one and fanned a pair of Saints.
Rocco Regan went 3-for-3, with two doubles, three runs and an RBI.
Jayden Medina walked, singled twice, doubled, scored and drove in a run.
