AHS has a two-game lead in the loss column over the defending CIF D-3 champs from Bonita.
This past week, Ayala went 3-0, including two over Colony, and one versus Alta Loma.
The Bulldogs won by a combined margin of 25-1.
After a quiet showing on Monday, Tehya Banks’ bat really heated up.
The AHS senior had a triple, run and 3 RBIs on Wednesday.
And one day later, Banks singled, doubled, homered, scored three runs and had five RBIs.
For the season, Banks is batting .429, with 15 hits, 13 runs, 14 RBIs, four doubles, a triple and three home runs.
