April 3rd CIF-SS Poll:
This week’s poll has me a tad confused.
Arcadia is in the Division 1 ‘others’ list, despite being 15-1 and riding a 13-game win streak.
San Dimas somehow fell out of the #10 spot in D-1, and yet the Saints are on a nine-game win streak.
Gahr leapfrogged South Hills into the No. 1 spot in D-2, and the Huskies have won eight of their last nine.
And SHHS already has a victory this season over Gahr.
Etiwanda is also a D-1 ‘others’ program, and the reigning CIF-SS D-2 champs have won seven consecutive games.
If Damien (9-3-2, 6-0) continues to play as well as they have of late, the Spartans should make the list sooner than later.
