Brady Ebel went six innings and allowed two runs (one earned) on three hits to earn the win.
Ebel didn’t issue a walk and struck out five CHHS batters.
The Huskies got one run in the seventh off Jacob Arreguin.
Arreguin gave up two hits, didn’t walk anyone and struck out one to earn the save.
Jackson Gray singled and had two RBIs.
Frankie Brazil singled and scored twice.
Tyler Cristiano singled and scored.
Cannon Billingsley and Matt Chavez had one single apiece for the Huskies.
Joel Gutierrez got the loss.
Gutierrez went six innings and allowed four runs on six hits.
He issued four walks and struck out three.
Anthony Huezo’s first-inning double plated Austen Roellig and Ebel to give EHS a 2-0 lead.
Tyler McEvoy singled twice and hit a 2-run HR in the first to extend the Eagles lead to 4-0.
Ebel walked twice and scored.
