Sterling Patick’s stock continues to rise every time he takes the mound for Darren Murphy.
On Thursday, Patick shut out the CIF-SS Division 2 top-ranked Gahr Gladiators, 4-0, at the Perfect Game Tourney.
Patick allowed four hits, didn’t walk a batter and struck out 10 for the second-ranked (D-2) Huskies.
He threw 67 strikes in his 97-pitch outing.
Patick’s numbers are incredible.
He’s 4-0 and through 24 innings innings in 2023, the South Hills lefty has surrendered just one unearned run.
Patick has walked two and struck out 42.
He’s also allowed just one extra-base hit.
Up next: South Hills will face Tesoro on Monday in the Perfect Game Tournament in Orange County.
