Girls Basketball
Flintridge Prep earned its spot in Saturday’s CIF-SS Division 3AA semifinal round.
The Wolves picked up a 61-44 victory on Wednesday night at Sunny Hills.
Prep led 32-16 at the break and never really got challenged.
Maddie Smith had a game-high 23 points and seven rebounds.
Ashley Chea contributed 16 points, 12 rebounds and five assists.
Akemi Fu chipped in with 13 points and four rebounds.
Erin Choi and Natalie Do scored 12 points apiece for the Lancers.
Taylor Parra chipped in with 10 in a losing effort.
Up next: The Wolves travel to El Dorado on Saturday night.
The Golden Hawks (21-8) defeated Murrieta Valley, 49-39, in their quarterfinal round game.
