A pair of San Dimas High School wrestlers won CIF-SS Northern Division Individual titles on Saturday.
Juliana Marquez pinned three opponents and then defeated No. 2 seed, Daisy Ayala of South El Monte, 11-2, in the 160-pound final.
Her teammate, Kaley Rice, would earn the program its second consecutive title at 170 pounds.
Rice pinned her way to a CIF championship, including a stick of second-seeded Selena Cubias (Hillcrest) in 3:00.
All CIF-SS individual placers will compete at this coming weekend’s Masters Meet.
