Girls Basketball:
La Salle earned a spot in Wednesday’s CIF-SS Division 2AA quarterfinal round thanks to Saturday’s 45-30 victory over visiting Rolling Hills Prep.
It was the Lancers second victory over the Huskies in a week.
Casey Higgins led the way with 17 points.
Audrey Chen chipped in with 14.
Kaila Woo led RHP with 17 points.
Reese Wong finished with seven points in the win.
Kaden Cortes chipped in with six for La Salle.
Up next: The Lancers travel to Canyon on Wednesday.
The Cowboys (20-7) claimed a 56-41 victory at Paramount.
