Girls Basketball:
La Salle, the top seed in the CIF-SS Division 2AA playoffs, cruised to a 60-31 victory over Summit in a first round contest.
The Lancers got to empty the bench and get everyone involved.
La Salle pitched an 18-0 shutout in the first quarter and never looked back.
Audrey Chen led the way with 19 points.
Kaden Cortes chipped in with 11 and Reese Wong had nine.
Aanisah Moncrief led Summit with 12 points.
Up next: For the second time in a week, La Salle will host Rolling Hills Prep.
The Lancers defeated the Huskies (19-9) last Saturday by 21 points.
On Thursday, RHP defeated San Marcos, 52-44.
