Etiwanda Clinches Baseline League Title After Friday’s 57-49 Victory Over Damien; Curtis Williams Led Eagles w/14 Points

Boys Basketball:

Etiwanda wrapped up an outright Baseline League championship on Friday night.

The Eagles defeated visiting Damien, 57-49, and finished a perfect 10-0 in league games.

Curtis Williams hit three 3-pointers and had a team-high 14 points.

Jedidiah Wilfred chipped in with 12 points, including a pair of 3-pointers.

Damien’s Xavier Clinton led all scorers with 20 points.

Clinton also had a game-high four 3-pointers.

Nate Garcia finished with 15 points and Elijhah Brown had eight.
