Girls Basketball:
Glendora earned a share of their fourth Palomares League title in the last six years under the tutilege of Adam Nunemaker.
GHS defeated visiting Ayala, 77-58, thanks to a 52-26 run between the second and third quarters.
Glendora will share the title with Bonita and Claremont, all of whom finished 8-2 in league play.
Rylie Anderson had a game-high 24 points, including three 3-pointers.
Hailey Schaffer hit a pair of bombs and finished with 18 points.
Miriam Tomt added 15 points for GHS, and she connected on three 3’s.
Emily Cruz had a big night for Ayala, scoring 23 points and making a pair of 3-pointers.
Addison Gonzalez chipped in with 13 points and hit three 3’s for the Bulldogs.
Aaliyah Gregory provided 12 points for AHS.
