Girls Basketball:
Flintridge Sacred Heart used an impressive second and third quarter run to pull away from Roosevelt on Tuesday.
The Tologs outscored the Rough Riders, 40-15, over that stretch, and went on to pick up a 62-33 victory.
FSHA’s win at the Sacred Heart LA Tournament evens their season record at 7-7, which is the first time that’s happened since Nov. 17.
Meghan Garrity and Ava Nawrocki had 16 points to lead the Tologs offense.
Sophia Heredia chipped in with 14 points.
Roosevelt got 16 points from Anahi Lopez.
Up next: The Tologs face Lincoln on Wednesday morning at 11.
