Girls Basketball:
Flintridge Prep is now 2-0 in Prep League play after Tuesday’s 57-31 victory at Rio Hondo Prep.
The Wolves had a 32-14 lead at the half, and the game was never in doubt.
Ashley Chea scored a game-high 23 points and nine steals.
Chea had three of FP’s four 3-pointers.
Freshman Maddie Smith chipped in with 15 points and seven rebounds, and had the other 3-Point basket.
Another freshman stud, Akemi Fu, finished with eight points and 12 boards in Tuesday’s win.
Reagan Johnson led RHP with nine points.
Elle Curtis contributed seven points for the Kares.
Up next: The Wolves and Kares will both be in action on Friday night.
FP welcomes Mayfield at 5:30, and RHP travels to Westridge at 5.
