Girls Basketball:
Glendora made a 41-mile drive to Long Beach and had Cabrillo against the ropes in the first quarter.
The Tartans cruised to a 60-14 victory.
After taking a 50-11 lead into the break, GHS coach Adam Nunemaker took his foot off the pedal in the second half to show some sportsmanship.
Rylie Anderson led the Tartans with 20 points.
Brianna Gomez chipped in 12 points and Hailey Schaffer had 11.
Up next: GHS will host Hillcrest on Monday at 7.
