Girls Basketball:
It couldn’t have taken Cal High long to realize they were in for a long night.
The Condors were shut out in the first period and Glendora would cruise to a 64-25 victory.
Rylie Anderson had a game-high 21 points for GHS.
Brianna Gomez chipped in with 10 points, and Miriam Tomt had eight.
Cal was led by Natalia Sanchez, who scored nine points.
Addison Martin and Reagan Herrmann contributed seven points apiece in Wednesday’s victory.
Hailey Schaffer had an impressive night.
Schaffter tallied five points, eight rebounds, nine assists and six steals.
Up next: GHS meets up with Cabrillo in Long Beach this Friday at 5:30.
