Boys Soccer:
Maranatha opened a very busy week with a win.
In the first of four games, the Minutemen claimed a 2-0 victory over Blair.
Sawyer Throop got MHS on the board just six minutes in.
Throop scored off a free kick by Jaden Brainard.
And Jacob Brantingham put the game away with his goal in the 47th minute.
Brantingham’s goal was assisted by Miles Romero.
Lorenzo Rodriguez had six saves in goal for the Minutemen.
Up next: The Minutemen will host Poly on Thursday at 5:30.
