Girls Basketball:
Flintridge Prep got its first real test of the 2022-23 season.
In their first four games, the Wolves won each by 50 points or more.
On Friday, however, it took a 19-11 run in the fourth quarter to escape with a 65-61 victory over Keppel.
Ashley Chea had a game-high 34 points.
The Wolves got 14 from Maddie Smith and 11 from Akemi Fu.
Jada Ly led Keppel with 25 points.
And Annie Ye chipped in with 11 points in the loss.
Up next: The Wolves face Sierra Vista on Monday at the Covina Tournament.
The tip is set for 6:30.
