Girls Basketball:
Rylie Anderson didn’t waste any time getting started.
In the first game of her junior season, Anderson had a game-high 22 points in Glendora’s 60-29 victory over Tustin.
Anderson hit four 3-pointers, including three 3’s in a 23-9 first quarter.
Brianna Gomez contributed 14 points.
All nine of Miriam Tomt’s points came from beyond the 3-point arc.
Gianna DeForest led Tustin with 16 of the Tillers 29 points.
Up next: GHS will battle Portola tonight (Wednesday) in tournament play.
The tip is set for 7:30.
