Boys Basketball:
Damien picked up win No. 2 of the 2022-23 season on Tuesday.
The Spartans defeated Santa Fe, 76-39, over Santa Fe in the Sunny Hills Tournament.
For the second consecutive night, Nate Garcia led the Damien offense.
Garcia scored a game-high 22 points, all of which came in the first half.
Nine of Xavier Clinton’s 13 points came from beyond the 3-point line.
Eli Garner and Elijah Smith chipped in with nine points apiece.
