Girls Volleyball:
Glendora and Bonita continue to set the tone for Palomares League volleyball.
The Bearcats defeated visiting Ayala and the Tartans picked up a sweep at Alta Loma.
GHS won by scores of 25-18, 25-17 and 25-22.
Kendra Gonzales had eight kills and 12 digs.
Hailey Heflin contributed seven kills and a block.
Gianna Perez chipped in with six kills and 11 digs.
And Janna Yap had 11 digs in Tuesday’s win.
Up next: GHS travels to winless Colony on Thursday at 4:30.
