Boys Water Polo:
For the second consecutive match, West Covina found itself in a high-scoring shootout.
On Tuesday, the Bulldogs fell, 14-12, at Saddleback.
Fast forward two days, and WCHS would claim a 14-8 victory at Ontario High School.
West Covina led 9-3 at the half and the outcome was never in doubt.
Matthew Munoz led the way with a game-high six goals to go with two steals and a pair of assists.
Zachary Elhussieny scored four goals and had five steals.
Andrew Encarnacion chipped in with two goals for the Bulldogs
Matthew Vasquez and Ezekiel Dominguez scored one goal apiece in the win.
Ryan Diaz racked up 12 saves
Up next: WCHS will host Rowland next Wednesday at 4.
