Tatiana Foor has put the Rio Hondo Prep softball team on her back.
After three victories this past week, the Kares improved to 11-2 overall and 6-0 in Prep League games.
On Tuesday, the Rio Hondo Prep senior tossed a two-hit shutout and struck out eight Cubs’ batters in a 5-0 victory.
Two days later, Foor allowed one run on four hits in the Kares 9-1 triumph at Chadwick.
And on Friday, she went two innings, allowing one run on two hits and struck out a pair.
RHP defeated St. Genevieve, 11-1, to finish the week 3-0.
Foor is currently 8-2, with a 2.19 RA.
She’s walked 17 and struck out 69 batters in 67 innings pitched.
The Kares have won six consecutive games.
Up next: Rio Hondo Prep will host Flintridge Prep this coming Friday.
