Thus far, the 2022 season has gone about as well as anyone could have hoped for the Arcadia softball program.
The Apaches are 10-1 overall and 4-0 in Pacific League play.
Arcadia’s lone setback was a 1-0, nine-inning loss to Kaiser on March 5.
Since then, AHS has won five consecutive games, including four victories this past week.
They defeated Pasadena, Glendale, Legacy and Norwalk by a combined margin of 63-5.
Leading the way was senior and Oregon State commit, Morgan Howey, who went a torrid 11-for-14,with 13 runs scored, six RBI’s and three stolen bases.
In 2022, Howey is hitting a Pacific-League best .783, going 18-for-28, with six doubles.
