Glendora opened Palomares League play on Thursday and picked up a 6-4 victory over visiting Alta Loma.
Braydon Wooldridge got the win after going 5 1/3 innings and allowing just an unearned run on three hits.
Wooldridge walked five and fanned five.
ALHS got three runs on three hits off Michael Moses over the final 1 2/3 innings.
Moses didn’t walk anyone and struck out one.
Adrian Morales walked, singled twice and scored.
Seth Reker walked, tripled, scored and had one RBI.
Dakodah Kinsley doubled, drove in a run and scored.
Alexander Erickson singled and scored for the Braves.
Dominic Paris got the loss.
Paris went 5 2/3 innings, allowing six runs on 11 hits.
Paris walked two and struck out one GHS batter.
Wooldridge helped his own cause with two singles and a pair of RBIs.
Joseph Gilkeson doubled twice, scored and drove in a run.
Matthew Moreno doubled and scored, and Troy Estrada singled and scored.
Brady Baeza went 2-for-3, with an RBI and run scored.
Shane Mion and Carson Mounce both singled, scored and had one RBI apiece.
