Girls Basketball:
La Salle didn’t just defeat Calabasas in Saturday night’s CIF-SS Division 3AA quarterfinal.
The Lancers did so convincingly.
La Salle outscored Calabasas 41-22, in the second and fourth quarters combined, and claimed a 66-45 victory.
Ryann Riddle led the way with 18 points.
Audrey (15) and Ellie Chen (14) combined for 29 points and five 3-pointers.
Amia Witt had a game-high 19 points for the Coyotes.
The Lancers continue to get a balanced offense from the starting five and have won 17 consecutive games.
Up next: The Lancers travel to Newhall on Wednesday to battle Hart.
The Indians (21-6) picked up an 89-57 victory at Summit on Saturday night.
