San Dimas Takes Over Valle Vista League’s Top Spot After Tuesday’s 58-52 Victory Over Charter Oak; Aaron Park Leads Way w/18 Points

Boys Basketball:

San Dimas leapfrogged Charter Oak into the Valle Vista League Penthouse on Tuesday night.

The Saints defeated the Chargers, 58-52, to give SDHS a one-game lead with just one to play.

Aaron Park led all scorers with 18 points, including three 3-point baskets.

Zaye Salgado chipped in with 11 points and Ethan Chavez contributed eight points in the win.

Charter Oak got 17 points from Marquis Bradley.

Sam Lizardo finished with 14 points and Elijah Lum provided 13 points for the Chargers.

Up next: San Dimas and Charter Oak will both play their final game of the regular season on Thursday night.

The Saints travel to fourth-place Diamond Ranch and the Chargers head to third-place Northview.
