Girls Soccer:
If the Marshall Fundamental girls soccer program hasn’t officially clinched the Mission Valley League title, they certainly will on Wednesday when they host last-place Rosemead.
The Eagles improved to 9-0 in MVL games after Monday’s 8-0 victory over El Monte.
With three games to play, Gabrielino is two games back in the loss column.
The Eagles got two goals apiece from Skylar Atacador and Cadence Fisher.
Esmeralda Jaquez and Suzel Favela both had one goal and an assist for Marshall.
Brianna Marquez scored once and assisted on two others.
Cora Adomou contributed one goal in the win.
Up next: The Eagles will host Rosemead on Wednesday afternoon.
